Things to Know

• Kayaks, paddleboards, and pontoon boats can be rented from a local service from Memorial Week-Thanksgiving. A discount may apply on pontoon boat rentals with your TurnKey reservation.
• Lake Lure is a man made lake that is drawn down 12 feet each winter season for maintenance. This will impact shorelines. Water will be back up to normal levels in mid April.
• Lake Lure notice: Pontoon boats and non-motorized vessels may be no longer than 28 feet. All other boats, such as ski boats, fishing boats, deck boats, etc., may be no longer than 21 feet.
• Rumbling Bald Resort requires guests 12 and older to show their guest pass to use amenities. Passes will be at the property upon arrival. There is a $50 fee if any passes are lost.

• 2 dogs , weighing 75 lbs or less, welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
• Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
• Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
