This apartment was well-located for our Aspen ski vacation. It's about 6 short blocks to the Gondola Plaza; we dropped our skiers off by car most days. It's an easy 2 1/2 block walk to the grocery store and easy walking for all of Aspen's great shops, restaurants, and the movie theater. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and each bedroom had good closet space. It is on the second floor of a condo building with a balcony overlooking the street. A street parking pass is provided.

Very good except we ran out of toilet paper and shampoo/conditiner--very minor

This 3BR Condo was perfect for our 48-hour stay. It's directly off of downtown Aspen, walkable to groceries, cafés, and the mountains. It's also very quiet, clean and comfortable for 4-5 people (two full beds and two bunkbeds). The management company was very responsive and helpful.

This was the best location for us to experience our first time visit to Aspen. The condo was very clean, nicely furnished and very well equipped for all of our everyday needs. It was within walking distance to everything in town. We would definitely go back if visiting Aspen again.

We spent a week in the condo and found it to be absolutely delightful. The kitchen was well equipped for all of our cooking needs. Beds were comfortable and every room was well furnished. We had rented a car in Denver and drove to Aspen but hardly used it after arriving. We were able to walk almost everywhere..to restaurants and shopping and the local highlights. Flowers were blooming along all the residential streets. The sound of the river next to the condo was very soothing and relaxing. It was wonderful! If we ever make it back to Aspen we would definitely want to return to this location.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Coming from Texas we are a little spoiled having A/C and it was very warm during our stay but the owner had a fan in each bedroom closet so that helped along with opening windows. The location is perfect! The condo sits on the river and is a very short walk to everything...groceries, restaurants, parks, the gondola, etc! We have stayed in the center of town before and hear buses going by all day starting at 6 am. This condo is very quiet. The condo is very clean and has beautiful furnishings. We didn't cook but the kitchen had everything you need. There weren't very many towels for the bathrooms but there is a washer and dryer if needed. The vacation rental company was great at communicating via email all instructions needed. Our visit was too short so we hope to rent this condo again to enjoy it more.

We enjoyed our stay in this wonderful condo. It was clean, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and walking distance to whole town. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking abundant flowers in this quiet neighborhood.
