Very nice place. Quiet and close to fishing and beaches. Kitchen was well stocked. Pool was not usable is only issue but we never really needed it.

I think our family would have had a better experience if it would have had enough towels and cooking ware. This condo was advertised as having enough room to sleep 10 but didn't have enough towels for 4. There were no cup towels, pot holders and not enough dishes or pots to cook for a family of 4. We were planning to cook most of the days so we had to go out to buy some those items ourself to cook with. Also, on Saturday evening we were going to use the gas grill but there was no propane in it. I figured it was too late so we had to use the cooktop which only had three burners because the glass over one of the burners was completely caved in and broke. We understood that parking would be limited to two vehicles but we have an Excursion and a F250 and the parking is very limited for the entire set of condos there. On the bright side, the condo was nice and was in a nice location that was close to Bob Hall Pier and both Mustang Island and North Padre Island.

It was a good property easy to get into the city or port A. The upsetting thing about it was the lights at the pool.. and the showers at the pool weren’t working either. I had call Friday night to ask about the pool lights and heard nothing back from anybody. We came back from a long day in port A and wanted to use the pool but it was night time and still no lights were working. We picked this place due to the pool and we didn’t get to use it.

The home had everything you'd want for a beach vacation. Even the garage was stocked with sand toys, floats and beach umbrellas.

Our stay was wonderful! Great property and a great location. From the moment we checked in we were sold. The pictures on the site were amazing and captured the property perfectly. The room sizes were nice and spacious. Everything that we needed down to detergent was provided. When we went into the garage there were things for the beach and the pool on the property. The location to get food and we went on a dolphin tour that was pretty nice and was only about 20 minutes away. The only negative I have is there is a smell outside bc of the trash system (they are in recycle type bins and the heat plus trash = smelly). It still was not enough to make me not want to come back and stay. The beach was at most a 5 minute drive away. This is the place to stay if you are looking for space and convenience. Thanks for an amazing property. We will be back soon.

Wow! What a great place to stay. Went on a mini vacation with my kiddos and when I tell you we were more than pleased with our stay! The check in was easy. The communication was great about how to enter the property. So the details. The cleanliness of the place was great (there were a few details that were missed but not enough for me to take away from the overall care of this place). The space is simply wonderful. We had more than enough space to move around an be comfortable. Everything in this town home was well thought out. Provided for us were trash bags, laundry detergent, towels, beach items, pool item and more. The rooms were very spacious and the bunk beds were huge. The decor was really nice and updated. It is not a beach front property but the drive to the beach was no more than 5 minutes away. There are restaurants close by that me and the kiddos really enjoyed. I did not have to contact anyone for any problems. The one negative thing about this complex is the odor outside. The way that trash is discarded in recycle type bins leave an awful smell outside. This was noticeable when we used the pool. But again this does not take away from our experience. We were extended a late check-out which was amazing as we were having to drag ourselves out of this place to leave. Definitely will be coming back to this place again! Overall the experience was great. I would have been nice to know ahead of time the house is only supplied with a single trash bag for all trash cans - 1 bag is not sufficient enough for 8 guest staying 3 days.

We enjoyed our stay that offered a great location, ease checking in, comfortable accommodations and clean.

The house was perfect! You are unable to walk to the beach from this location but it is a short drive over to it. The house was clean and well supplied!

My family and I stayed at this property over the Spring Break week and enjoyed our stay tremendously. The home had every amenity needed to just relax and feel at home. It even had cleaning supplies and detergents for washing your clothes. We never had to buy anything. Home is beautifully decorated just as described. We would definitely rent this spot again if in the area!
