5-Star Property, 2-Star Landlord
Let's start with the 5-Star property. Great spot just over the water in Wiscassett, quiet, comfortable, homey little 1 bedroom in a 4 unit building. Clean, well appointed, great Bed (like being home), fresh towels, clean bathroom. Nicely furnished and a great 2 zone A/C (it was 90 degrees when we were there). All in all it was an incredible rental for the money, we felt comfortable, we slept great, and left with a mental bookmark for this location for the future. Now let me address the 2-star Landlord: It took us 37 minutes to find the house. Now, I do blame myself for not reading every fine detail of the Property listing on the portal but there are a few reasons for the rating. 1. The address is just wrong. 306 Eddy Road is a banquet center, not this property. The right address for this property would begin with 302 Eddy Road which would get you in the driveway of the development which wasn't even named in the listing. The listing details said this: "When you reach the intersection at the top of the hill, make a right at the green sign for West Island Way." NO street names, no indication of distance or direction. To get to West Island Way, you need to go through a pseudo gate, down another street (I think Village Way), turn left on another street, then go up a hill and then you'd see it. 2. In this day and age of Google Maps it would just make sense to Pin it on a map, take a screenshot or provide a link to the map and put that on the listing, I could have then used Satellite view to understand where I was and where the property was. 3. When I was frustrated with not finding the location, my text to the landlord (as instructed) was answered quickly, but likely by a bot, with a clinical response. My response back asking for a quick call received another fast response, this time with a URL to the property listing saying the details are in the listing, TEXT again if you're still having trouble. From a Customer Service perspective, this just falls flat. The rating remains 5 star, but I'd seriously recommend TURNKEY assess its methods for dealing with property locations (at least the difficult ones) and outreach to customers having difficulty. I'd never hold this against a company and not rent from them again, but others having the same experience, and with less patience, might.

Great Getaway Cottage
We really enjoyed air stay at this river cottage. It was very clean, very nicely furnished, & so convenient to lots of sites (Boothbay Harbor area, Wiscasset, Bath, & more). We needed a fly swatter when we first arrive as we let in a few flies, but afterwards no other flies. In the dvdnjng we could hear our next door neighbors laughing & enjoying themselves as they played games, but we were fine with that & no noise at bedtime. We would definitely stay here again.

Sheepscot Getaway
We were looking for a short getaway in Maine and as it all turned out we felt like we hit the jackpot at this property. Beautiful, quiet setting with water view as well as sunset and moonset views. Wiscasset is a lovely, walkable town and the greater area of Boothbay and Bristol were scenic places to explore. If you happen to get down to Southport, try Robinson's Wharf for excellent food (and we mean Lobstah!)
Just a couple of observations: a map of how to actually find the rental would be a primary fix. The directions provided had us driving in circles and our rental neighbors said they had the same experience. There was a bit of a lag time while on hold when we placed a call for assistance to find the rental. Also, the walls might be just a bit thin so sound does carry from one unit to the other.
Overall a fine experience in a clean, comfortable home away from home.

Beautiful view of the river in a clean space
The condo was the perfect size for my wife and I. It was clean and well equipped with basic toiletries. There is a fully functioning kitchen which we used for breakfast and one dinner. Linens are provided and were clean and comfortable. The location is great with a very short drive across the bridge to Wiscasset and a 15-20 minute drive to Booth Bay and Damariscotta. We waited in line across the bridge for a huge lobster roll at Red’s Eats and also tried Spragues to compare the two. Both were good! Check in and out couldn’t be easier. The best part of the place though, was mornings and evenings overlooking the Sheepscott. River.

Very clean new VRBO Edgecomb, ME
Our stay was very nice. We do feel that the cleaning fee of $95 is excessive however. It could in now way take more than an hour to clean for 99% of people. We also suggest that turnkey always leave a toilet cleaning brush and cleaner in the bathroom in the starter kit and we were supplied with one after we requested it. The situation we ran into with the battery dying in the entry door look which kept us locked out of our unit for 2 hours around midnight our last night was awful. A better system should be devised for replacement batteries. We do appreciate the refund of $250. we are promised. We will check our credit card bill.
