great house unbelievably located in walking distance to all of Manzanita, yet tucked away.Spacious house which is warm and welcoming, very nicely decorated and updated, separate areas to hang out if you have a group and sleeping arrangements for couples, kids, singles. Seamless with Turnkey instructions, house was hotel spotless clean and well supplied. contact phone number was responsive for texting and for calling when we had trouble connecting to wifi - they resolved it for us. Would return in a minute!

A weekend getaway with the ladies, perfect location to the beach and downtown. We will be back.

I've stayed in several vacation rental houses, and this one was amazing. It has plenty of space, loads of character and is nicely furnished. The location is perfect for beach or town -- two blocks from the first and half a block from the second. The fireplace was nice in January. There's a great video store in Seaside if you want to stay in and watch movies in the living room or bedroom. Bathroom with the tub has new and very nice finishes. Rooms upstairs are a bit more vintage, but very nice. Only problems I had were finding the house in the dark (street is not well-lit) and the door lock (code I received initially was different from the code I received closer to the date).

We had a very good Time together

Very charming home with lots of character. I have never seen a better stocked rental home. I brought pans, knives, toiletries and etc. just to find out they were not needed. The management company were professional and very pleasant. My only complaint was that the locks did not work so we had to wait around 2 and a half hours to get in. No worries as there is a pub just around the corner. Things happen so I am not complaining just stating they came out and let us in and we couldn't have asked for more pleasant service in doing so. I would recommend this home to anyone. It also is large and fit all 9 of us without feeling crowded.
