Nice location and beautiful condo with a hurricane
I want this to have a positive tone, but there are issues with the unit. There were no hand towels, no vac cleaner,no swifter mop or dust mop. Broom not good to get sand up. Existing water problem from above in Master BR outside wall. Twice curtain rod brackets fell out of wall. Water was standing on floor once. All these issues were reported and patched. On arrival the code did not work, nor two others attempted, no key in lock box, then a code was given that worked for duration. Turnkey sent people to bring balcony furn in before storm but did not put back out after telling us we could return 8 days later. Wife and I placed it outside and cleaned balcony of an inch of sand. Wonderful location and condo otherwise but it needs some repairs badly. After the storm the master BR screen door was off and taken by handy man who fixed curtain rod problem. Lost water and air conditioning for day and half on Oct 19/20th. We lost a lot of vacation time dealing with TK and problems in condo.

Key code and light! FIX IT!
SURPRISE! Code didn't work. Finally, after an hour, two phone calls, and a couple of text messages we got in. Went straight to the beach! It was wonderful. Got back in the condo to discover the light in the bedroom's bathroom was like a really bad strobe light that we couldn't use the ENTIRE trip. Try bathing a sandy 2yr old in a half lit bathroom...not fun. Maintenance didn't come until Monday. Came the first time with no phone call to say he was on the way, toddler was napping. Came back later that afternoon and he still couldn't fix it. Didn't really matter at that point since we left the next day. We would rent this condo again IF these issues are fixed but seeing that other renters had these issues it doesn't look like they are too concerned. The proximity to the beach made up for it a little. GET YOUR KEY PAD AND LIGHT FIXED! I put no for recommendation based on annoyances of the keypad and light.

Pinnacle Port is awesome, this unit....not so much
There were so many issues with this particular condo. Starting with the door code not working and it took way to long to get a hold of anyone to correct the issue. Several things were not working properly - upstairs tv, broken curtain rod, sink in kitchen had drainage issues, toilet issues, washer/dryer issues, upstairs shower issues, bunk bed slats falling out, bathroom lighting flickering. The text/call number on the guest portal that you are supposed to contact with issues belongs to some ********** dude in Texas that is not even employed by Turnkey. Turnkey did offer to come over and correct some of the issues, but honestly when you are on vacation do you really wanna deal with a repair guy fixing a bunch of stuff?? The location, view and building itself were great!! I'll go back, but next time will rent directly from Pinnacle Port.....not Turnkey.

Fun family trip!
We've stayed at Pinnacle Port before, but this was our first time in this unit. We loved that it was on the first floor, no long waits for the elevator, as the stairs were right there. The condo was clean, and decorated very nicely. We would have preferred there being blinds on the windows instead of thin curtain panels, but that is just our preference for privacy. Communication was great! We would stay here again.

First thing that happen code on door would not work very frustrating! Sand on furniture! Kitchen supply was low, not enough pots and pans and some of the pans were very very old and dirty looking! Hardly any utensils! The unit was decorated nicely. But will not be staying there again the view from balcony was smellly to the point you did not want to open door or sit on!
