This is a happy house with plenty of outdoor spaces to gather and celebrate - delightful indoor/outdoor California living. It's on a busy street but no discernable traffic noise while inside, thoughtful design must have helped here. Every one of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thanks!

A happy and inspiring house to stay in
We rented all 4 units of this home, giving us space for 12 people. Plenty of bathrooms and 2 kitchens made life easy. We prepared our own food here, used the bbq and oven as well. Outdoor spaces were a delight, a few of us could have coffee on one patio while others did outdoor yoga in another spot. Those of us who stayed in the lobster suites shared a large bathroom, which has its own entrance off the ground level courtyard, as do the lobster suites - not a problem in the balmy SB climate though. Location was ideal, an easy jaunt to the farmers market, State Street area and beach. We rarely used our cars. Turnkey Rentals answered their help line quickly, an asset as we figured out the digital locks and assigned parking (not in the Planned Parenthood parking lot next to El Zapato, but rather the 2nd lot from the house). This house encourages humans to be happy, I would certainly recommend it to a friend or relative.
