The unit was very clean and laid out well. We had lots of space for the 4 of us. The beds were very plush and comfortable. One cool night and turned on the Kiva fireplace which was wonderful. We all thought the location was great since it was a short walk to the square, restaurants and museums. I highly recommend having a drink at the La Fonda roof top lounge. It had a great view of the city and surrounding vistas. The security was also a positive, with codes to enter the garage and the Casa Bonita complex. Our stay was very memorable.

While the actual condo is appointed nicely the smaller bed room with the balcony is very small with no closet just an Armoire, the bed almost fills the room. Additionally, there is a long stairway from ground level to get to the one level condo. There is no local check in agent and the process to get "checked in" is very onerous.

Beautiful condo in a quiet complex! Perfectly located for exploring all Santa Fe has to offer. Very clean and well maintained! I would highly recommend this property!

Entering the high security complex was a little difficult. There was a pedestrian gate code, a garage code, an elevator code, and a 10 digit door code. It wasn't clear that we had to park in the underground garage to unload our luggage and take the elevator up to find our condo. It also wasn't clear that the condo is on the 2nd floor with many steps to carry luggage up. Calling and texting Turnkey gave us immediate help. It was very clean and well supplied and quiet. It had a nice small gym. By the 5th day we learned our way around such a large complex. Nice location about 5 blocks from Plaza, so you can walk to many restaurants. WiFi did not work, but after calling, we were given another network that worked.

Great location, clean property, great customer service. I could live here!
