Our stay was wonderful! House was very clean and beautiful. It had lots of room and in a great location. Less than 5 minute drive to the beach that was beautiful! Will definitely go again.

The house, located directly off 30A, was lovely and clean. Enough space for the 5 of us, decor was beautiful, with dual thermostats so up and downstairs temp stayed consistent. WiiU not avail due to missing a charger. Door lock caused some frustrations but we were able to access from the front door. 4 Bicycles were a nice addition.

Booked for the holiday in Dec, the heated pool and golf cart were main deciding factors in booking this particular home and neither were available for use. The heated pool was out of commission due to mechanics. Not a deal breaker, but when a family with kids is traveling cross country to spend holidays in FL with a heated pool, would be nice to know its not available prior to arrival so the kids/parents are aware and not heartbroken.

Description of this property with golf cart would make anyone assume the golf cart is included. I even have the description "riding to the beach in custom golf cart, not to be used on main thoroughfares" in my paperwork. I called Turnkey twice about access to the golf cart. They said I did not fill out the appropriate paperwork, would require a fuel charge (for a golf cart, which are generally battery operated) a ridiculous daily fee, and damage fee. NONE of this was in my rental agreement, reservation booking, any of the emails between myself and Turnkey, and there is absolutely no mention of fees/paperwork on the website. I would've done this prior, had I known. Both operators were nice, the second said she would find out the process to help us, & would return my call. I was willing to pay and assumed she would call back with steps, but nothing. Christmas was more important than spending time on the phone with Turnkey so I decided to review after returning home. Although a nice property, I will avoid Turnkey on all future vacation rentals.

Very nice. House was great inside. Looks like it had been totally updated - kitchen, baths. Could have used some cleaning materials, i.e. sponges, windex etc. Central location, easy access.

We stayed here for a week with 2 other families. The location was really great. The closest beach access was a quick golf cart ride away and not crowded at all compared to the beaches in Seaside 5 mins down the road. Having the golf cart was a big perk.

The home itself was just as described in the listing. The beds were all comfy and linens were clean. The doors upstairs were a bit squeaky and could use some wd-40. We had one minor issue upon arrival and the company was quick to respond to our call with great customer service.

One thing was the pool was not the cleanest. Definitely not as clean as pictured.

Overall we definitely enjoyed the property and will likely be back in the future!

Rented the house with another family for a week beach vacation. The proximity to local shopping/restaurants was easy. The golf cart made visiting the beach a breeze. And having a pool a block away was great.
Was plenty of room for everyone (4 adults/4 kids).

Overall we had a great stay at the Sunny Santa Rosa Beach House. We loved having the golf cart to easily get back & forth to the beach. A couple minor complaints, the mosquitoes were like nothing I've ever seen before and I live in Texas, so I'm no stranger to mosquitoes. Obviously no one can make mosquitoes disappear, but if there was a screened in porch I'd give this 5+ stars and recommend to anyone. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and serving dishes, but I felt like I was really having to make do with random kitchen utensils to cook meals. Also, one bathroom appeared to have not been cleaned at all, while the rest of the house was very, very clean. Something about cleaning a bathroom someone else has used isn't the greatest start to a vacation.

Very well maintained property, great location and comfy beds! Loved the golf cart. Would definitely stay again!

We rented this property with another family for the Thanksgiving holiday. It was a great time of year to be at the beach, very relaxing and fun for the children. The golf cart was so helpful as we went to the beach everyday and carried all our stuff, coolers, beach chairs and beach toys. The home was very inviting and nice to come back to after fun on the beach. We took advantage of the heated pool and enjoyed swiming and relaxing around to pool in the afternoons. The house was spotlees and the open floor plan where the kitchen, dining and living space are located was perfect for the families being together while cooking, eating and watching TV. The bedrooms are decorated beautifully and very private. We loved drinking coffee in the mornings on the upstairs balcony. The bunk bedroom was so accommodating for the kids that included a WiiU entertainment system. They also liked biking on the 30A path. We really enjoyed watching the Nutcracker at Seaside and saw a band at the Hub. We would recommend this house.

The house was so well appointed, clean and very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again. I loved that the community was quiet and there was easy access to 30A.

A group of us rented this beautiful home for a small bridal shower, and it couldn't have been more perfect! It is right on 30A in a small, quiet community. It's location was perfect, as restaurants are close by, we even took the complimentary golf cart to the Old Florida Fish House for dinner, where we had sushi and listened to a wonderful live band! Neighborhood was so quiet, parking plentiful and the pool was awesome! It is just around the corner (took the golf cart there too). Home was beautifully decorated and well stocked. The only issue we had was not being able to get the cable working on the tv. Wanted to see some football, but couldn't get the cable to come on. Just watched Netflix instead which was fine. Not sure if there was a manual for operating the tv (several remotes), but not a big deal, could have called management I'm sure. Overall, was wonderful stay for us, a perfect weekend!

We came down to the gulf on a last minute vacation and were pleasantly surprised with this home. The location is great and didn't have to deal with all the traffic like other parts of 30a. The community seams new and has a great pool steps from the house. We loved taking the golf cart to the beach which makes it so much easier to bring everything down to the beach. The home was beautifully decorated and spotless. We just booked it again for this fall.

My fiance and I rented this charming home to announce and celebrate our engagement (and have a mini vacation!) with our closest friends. I'm so happy we chose this area and this house, we had all the ingredients for a perfect weekend. We definitely utilized the kitchen for meals, but we also went out our second night and checked out the restaurant scene down the road. There were a few within walking distance! The Perfect Pig ended up being the perfect choice for our group, amazing food and service, and it was nice walking the short distance back to the house. Our friends loved that we could take the golf cart to the beach, it made for easy transport of beach towels, snacks, and other fun-in-the-sun supplies. It was comfortable luxury, we felt very spoiled and didn't want to leave! I wanted to write a review now because I'm planning to return with my bridal party a month before the wedding. Can't wait to do it all over again!

My family spent a week in this beautifully decorated and very spacious house. The house was neat and very clean. It was a wonderful treat at the end of the day to come home to this unit. Beds were super comfortable. We love to cook and were pleased the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware and utensils. We enjoyed being able to all eat together in the large dining area. The pool was great. The beach was the turquoise 30A shores that we all seek. Unique to this property, a coastal lake spills out which is great for skim boards and toddlers. The lake provides calm water for kayaking and paddle boarding. There are plenty of restaurants just down the road as well as a Publix. It was so convenient using the golf card to go to the beach. This was by far our best beach stay ever. We can't wait to return.
