  Perfect space!
Cute little condo which was super clean and conveniently located near downtown. Would absolutely stay again - loved it!

  Weekend Getaway
Just as described in the posting. The room is clean and had everything you needed for a nice vacation stay. The layout has good use of space. If you wanted to use public transportation like we did one day it is a short walk. If you rent a car like we did as well there was plenty of parking space on the street. Overall the location and the place was just what we needed. Simple, and clean. Points that some travelers might like to know. There is no a/c so we opened up the windows slightly to let fresh air in. The queen bed is a bit more of the med/firm mattress. I personally not a fan but my partner happy as can be. There is noise from the other residents in the same complex but nothing excessive (walking and talking). If you never been to Seattle note that the walking does consist of a lot uphill or downhill walking incase you want to use the public transportation. There is also a nice restaurant Tamarind Tree (Vietnamese) that we walked to have a nice sit down dinner. Overall great accommodations.

  Review of Seattle studio suite.
The information about the rental given was complete and very detailed. The property is close to downtown and easy to get to and is well maintained. There is only street parking available and we did have to walk a block to find a spot to park. The suite was clean and sports a queen size bed. It was quite hot when we stayed there (which we know is rare) so be aware that it is not air conditioned. There are multiple suites onsite so be aware you will hear walking / talking noises from the suite above you. There is a tablet onsite with all information needed about the suite and customer service is always available anytime you need them. We did enjoy our stay there but feel its suits a niche market.
