Upstairs, the cozy loft is detailed with a sleeper sofa, club chair, and a TV. KITCHEN & DINING Invite your inner chef out to play in the spacious kitchen, appointed with ample granite counter space and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. An elegant dining room table seats six. BED & BATH This two-story home sleeps six guests between the three bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the loft. The second-floor primary bedroom features a king bed, a 42” satellite TV, and en-suite bath with a double vanity and walk-in shower. Find a queen bed in the guest room. A third bedroom offers a queen Murphy bed and a satellite TV. The guest bath has a walk-in shower. A half bath off the kitchen adds convenience. Maximum parking is two vehicles in the driveway. Street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Your reservation total will include all necessary utility fees during the summer months and pool heating during the winter months. Local regulations require that the property manager meet you within the first 24 hours of your arrival to review the applicable local ordinances and rules pertaining to your stay. Outdoor music is strictly prohibited. This includes radios, musical instruments, and any other devices that produce or reproduce sound. Indoor music must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any amplified music that is audible from the property line is a violation. Outdoor noise and/or use of outdoor amenities are prohibited from 10pm-8am. Guests shall respect the neighbor’s privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property.
