KITCHEN & DINING Release your inner chef in the newly updated kitchen, fitted with gleaming countertops and stainless steel appliances. Select a beverage from the wine fridge and perch at the center island with seating for four. When dinner is ready, the dining table seats four. BED & BATH This home sleeps eight guests between four bedrooms. The primary suite has a king bed, a desk, and a private balcony. The en-suite bathroom has a jetted tub and a separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, the third bedroom has a full-size bed, and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination, and a half bath provides added convenience. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Relax with a crisp drink on the partially covered patio, fully fenced for ultimate privacy. Swing under the shade of the mature tree, or lounge on sun-dappled seating. A four-person table is ideal for evening appetizers under the twinkling string lights. The spacious balcony offers an additional space to bask in the sunshine. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are provided. Driveway parking is available for two cars. Additional street parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. This two-story house is accessed via one step at the entryway. This rental is located in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. The City of Ventura requires a minimum stay of seven nights for all vacation rentals during the period beginning on the second Friday in June and ending with the last Friday in August. Permit - STVR 2364 LOCATION Walk 5 minutes to the beach for fun-filled days by the surf. Marina Park is a 5-minute walk as well, and has a playground and picnic tables. Explore the local dining scene within a 10-minute walk. Visit downtown Ventura to find an array of shops and restaurants. Book a tee time at Olivas Links, or hike the trails at Arroyo Verde Park.
