LIVING AREAS This secure Long Beach condo offers covered parking for two cars, a smart TV, and a private balcony off the master suite. The welcoming living room provides comfortable seating on a love seat, futon, and a stately high back armchair. The flat screen TV comes with Roku, Amazon Prime, and Netflix, and there are also plenty of board games to play while enjoying the warm ambience of the gas fireplace. KITCHEN & DINING The fully equipped kitchen features granite counters, a double-basin sink, and a gas range. Three can keep the chef company at the kitchen bar while dinner is prepared. When it’s time to eat, a polished wood table seats four. BEDROOMS & BATHS The condo sleeps up to six guests between the two bedrooms and a futon in the living room. Hardwood floors lead to the master bedroom, which is furnished with a queen bed and a desk. A walk-in closet has room for all your luggage, and the private en-suite bath has a granite vanity and a tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed. A guest bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREAS Off the master bedroom, a private covered balcony with seating for two invites you to kick back and enjoy the ocean breeze. EXTRA AMENITIES & DETAILS Guest amenities include assigned garage parking for two cars, an in-unit washer/dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Please note that this third-floor condo is accessed via stairs (no elevator), and therefore may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Although rarely needed with the mild coastal climate, this condo does have one window A/C unit in the guest bedroom. All leases require a minimum 31-day term.
