A fantastic location just 300’ from the slopes, you’ll be in epicenter of outdoor adventures with hiking, golf, and skiing all nearby. Walk approximately 15 minutes to Adventure Center. Your reservation grants access to the private and public amenities of Tahoe Donner, which include a cross-country and downhill ski area, a private beach, tennis, pools, and hot tubs. For a wide variety of shopping and dining, downtown Truckee is just 6 miles away! LIVING AREAS The living area is furnished with a sofa, love seat, and two armchairs. Relax next to the gas fireplace and listen to your playlist on the Bose stereo. The den offers a sectional, gas fireplace, and a 47” TV with Blu-ray. Settle in at the desk area with one of the provided books or board games. KITCHEN & DINING The well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. A big island is outfitted with a wine fridge and microwave, as well as four seats. Savor meals at the eight-seat dining table. In warmer months, open the adjacent doors to the balcony and enjoy the fresh mountain breeze. BEDROOMS & BATHS The second-floor master suite offers a queen bed and deck access. The en-suite bath has a double vanity, jetted tub, and walk-in shower. A convenient half bath is also located on this floor. Downstairs, a second bedroom has two twin beds, while a third guest room offers a twin-over-full bunk bed, twin trundle, and a flat-screen TV with a DVD player. Note both twin beds are only suitable for children. The bath provides a tub/shower combination. The fourth bedroom doubles as a second master suite with a queen bed, direct access to the yard, and an en-suite bath with a double vanity and walk-in shower. OUTDOOR AREA Throw a family cookout on the deck. Fire up the grill and enjoy alfresco dining at the picnic table. EXTRA AMENITIES & DETAILS A washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, high chair, Pack ‘n Play, and beach gaar (chairs, toys, and umbrella) are provided. Parking is available for four vehicles; two in the garage and two in the driveway. Cars must be in the garage during the winter so the snow removal company can plow the driveway. Private Amenities: 2 passes allow four guests (per pass) to access the Trout Creek Rec Center (pools, hot tubs, fitness center, sauna, and steam room) for a daily fee -- all within a mile. Enjoy access to the Tennis Center (under 3 miles), as well as to the Beach Club Marina (5.5 miles) with water sports rentals and a beach. Public Amenities: For sledding and tubing, check out Snowplay or explore the trails at the Cross Country Ski Center (1 mile). In the summer, drive 1.7 miles to the golf course. With over 60 miles of trails in the area, you’ll find plenty of superb hiking. The Equestrian Center is also a mile away. VIOLATION/EVICTION WARNING Strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Max allowable occupancy is 10 people and 4 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day. Excessive noise or over-occupancy will result in guest fine up to $2,000 (as well as fines assessed against the owner). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction. This home is located in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for big/noisy groups.
