KITCHEN & DINING Prepare fresh meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring an array of helpful appliances and gadgets. Gather for mealtime around the six-person dining table. BED & BATH This vacation rental accommodates six guests in three bedrooms. Find comfort in the primary suite, complete with a California king bed, TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms are each furnished with a queen bed, while the guest bathroom comes with a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Take in the peaceful alpine surroundings on the raised deck, outfitted with loungers and a hammock. Enjoy a soothing soak in your private hot tub, and keep mealtime simple with a cookout on the gas grill (available on the deck year-round). EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. Family friendly extras include beach chairs/toys, a high chair, and a Pack ‘n Play. Sleds, snowshoes, and a raft are also provided in the vacation rental. Parking is available for three cars: one in the garage and two in the driveway. No street parking allowed. Guests can park a boat or off-road vehicle trailer in the summer months, but not during winter months (not plowed). This home has a two-story layout. It is not equipped with air-conditioning. Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances (gas grills are okay). The outdoor furniture may be stored and unavailable during winter months. During winter months, please be aware of snow falling from the roof; the owner recommends staying about 6 feet away from the side of the house to avoid occasional large sheets of snow. Parties and events such as weddings are not permitted. LOCATION A short walk past Highway 89, stroll to the newly remodeled Tahoma Market as well as the beach, pier, and beachside bar and grill. Enjoy nearby hiking and biking at Eagle Rock, Vikingsholm Hiking Trail in Emerald Bay, Sugar Pine Point State Park, and Blackwood Canyon.
