• This is an old, turn-of-the-century home, and noise may be heard from adjacent units.
• This home is located near the train tracks (all Santa Barbara beachfront property shares this feature) and the 101 freeway. Earplugs are provided for those sensitive to noise while sleeping.
• Although this unit is not equipped with air conditioning, it is rarely needed with the mild summer temperatures at the beach. A ceiling fan ensures a pleasant breeze.
• This unit is on the second floor. Elevators are not available.
