Step into the bright and inviting living room with a 60” flat screen TV, putting green, gas fireplace, and work desk. French doors lead out to a stone patio where you can grill dinner on the gas barbeque and dine al fresco at the patio table for four. The well-stocked kitchen has plenty of cookware and dishes, and is equipped with stainless steel appliances (including a gas range), granite counters, lots of storage and a bar area that seats two. The adjacent dining table seats four. A convenient half bath is also located on this level. Upstairs, the master bedroom has lofty cathedral ceilings and a comfy queen bed. Amenities include a gas fireplace, 42” flat-screen TV and large closets. Open the double French doors and head out to the private balcony with stairs down to the backyard. The en-suite master bath boasts a spacious dual vanity, deep jetted tub, and large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, large closet and lots of natural light. An en-suite bath features a modern marble vanity and a shower/tub combination. Guest amenities include a washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and parking for two cars in the private garage. You will also find beach gear (boogie boards, beach chairs, a cool, etc.) and two bicycles for your use. Although the condo does not have A/C, it is rarely needed with the cool ocean breezes.
