Golfers of all skill levels can play the 27-hole PGA Championship course. Other shared amenities in the gated community include 30+ pools and hot tubs, a gym, and 10 tennis courts. LIVING AREA Highlighted by high ceilings and a gas fireplace, the welcoming living area is the ideal place to kick back and watch your favorite show on the smart TV. KITCHEN & DINING The well-equipped kitchen is appointed with a full suite of appliances, a large island, and ample counter space. Dine at the four-person table, which presents golf-course views. BED & BATH This home sleeps six guests in three suites. The primary suite has a king bed, patio access, and a smart TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. The second suite has a twin-over-queen bunk bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The third suite is furnished with a queen bed, while the en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Sip a crisp beverage on the covered patio, which has alfresco dining and golf-course views. Desert Princess community amenities include: - 27-hole PGA Championship golf course - 30+ pools - Spa - Gym - Tennis - Bocce ball - Pickleball EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi and a private washer/dryer are provided. Parking is available for a maximum of three vehicles (two in the driveway and one in the garage). A private golf cart can be added to your stay for an additional fee of $25/day; to arrange this amenity, please contact TurnKey at least three days in advance of your stay. This home has a single-level layout. Local regulations require that the property manager meet you within the first 24 hours of your arrival to review the applicable local ordinances and rules pertaining to your stay. Outdoor music is strictly prohibited. This includes radios, musical instruments, and any other devices that produce or reproduce sound. Indoor music must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any amplified music that is audible from the property line is a violation. Outdoor noise and/or use of outdoor amenities are prohibited from 10pm-8am. Guests shall respect the neighbor’s privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property.
