Description

We’re two New Yorkers who fell in love with the desert, and have been Palm Springs regulars ever since. Our house is a truly relaxing vacation experience with amazing amenities - private pool, spa, and incredible mountain views, but with a neighborhood vibe. Our place is minutes away from all things downtown Palm Springs, and right across the street from Demuth Community Park (convenient for runners, has great playgrounds, tennis courts, etc). The private outdoor area around the house features a combined pool and spa, an easy to use BBQ grill, outdoor shower, and plenty of loungers. Inside the house is a spacious, open concept living area and kitchen is perfect to cook, eat, and socialize. Our kitchen has a proper gas range and ultra-modern appliances, and is decked out with everything you’ll need to make a proper meal in either place. Plus, we’re close to Trader Joe’s and big box grocery stores for all your grilling/cooking needs. The house has 3 bedrooms - a master with California king-size bed, a second bedroom with a plush queen, and third bedroom with a full/double bed. The master bathroom has its own bathroom featuring a double sink and a walk-in shower, while the guest bathroom has a full tub/shower combo. We’re close to Downtown Palm Springs, which is great and has all kinds of amazing food options. You’re a 5-10 minute drive from great old school downtown breakfast and lunch staples and diners, as well as all the great family and upscale dining spots on the strip. We’ve left a bunch of suggestions of places we love to eat in our guest book, so make sure you check that out if you’re looking for suggestions. Palm Springs is a driving city, but we also have UBER and loads of cabs. AKA if you’re trying to go out at night, you don’t need to drive yourself. You’re 10 minutes away from bars/nightlife spots on the downtown strip, and about 15 minutes away from Agua Caliente Casino. Families: If the backyard pool isn’t enough, check out Wet ’n' Wild water park - a two minute drive from the house. Also, we’re a short drive to Boomers (Go Karts & Mini Golf), the Palm Springs Skatepark and the awesomely classic Palm Springs Lanes. Golfers: You’re right around the corner from the immaculate fairways of Escena Golf Club, Mesquite Country Club and Tahquitz Creek Golf Resorts - all excellent public courses. Also, you’re a short drive (20 mins) to Palm Desert to Classic Club, Eagle Falls ad Silver Rock. TurnKey Vacation Rentals Palm Springs Permit #3119 City of Palm Springs House ID #2700 All leases require a minimum 31 day term. Other things to note: *Guests must be over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period. *No parties, excessive/amplified noise or any illegal activity shall take place at property. *No amplified noise (not even iPhone/Bluetooth speaker tunes) outside - this is important! *No pets are allowed on this property *No smoking is allowed in or around any property. Cleaning: We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like running the dishwasher, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests. If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring we’re (Owner) authorized to bill you (Guest) for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
