Beautifully appointed townhome with pool, hot tub, and children’s playground onsite with access to the 26 mile Bayshore Bikeway around San Diego Bay. Great for families or friends who just want to get away and enjoy San Diego. THE SPACE -Spacious and light-filled corner unit townhome with 3 bedrooms + private downstairs den and 4 baths. -First guest bedroom has a double size bed, dresser and closet. Second guest bedroom has a twin over double bunk bed great for kids! Well-appointed guest bathroom is conveniently located next to bedrooms. -Private downstairs area can be used as another bedroom with a queen sized sleeper sofa or a kid’s game and TV room. There is an adjoining half bath on the first-floor for added convenience. -The master bedroom has a king size bed, chest and huge walk-in closet. The master bath features dual sinks, shower, a private water closet and is stocked with toiletries. -The dining room features a large table that comfortably seats 8, plus 2 stools at the oversized island to accommodate a party of 10. The kitchen is a chef’s dream with stainless steel appliances, a gas range and fully stocked with all utensils and cookware you need. If you choose to cook at home, there is a new Grocery Outlet within walking distance, as well as a Von’s and Walmart just a mile away. -An open floor plan encompasses the great room, dining room, kitchen and 4th bathroom making it comfortable for a large number of guests. There is even enough room for a queen blow up mattress! The console is stocked with tons of games and movies for both kids and adults. -We have you covered with everything you need to enjoy your beach vacation! There are 5 adult bikes, 2 kid’s bikes, and a bike trailer with locks to make it easy for you to head to the beach. Also, there are beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, fishing rods, noodles, corn hole set, cooler, beach toys and sports balls. THE LOCATION With a prime location in San Diego, you’re close to it all! Downtown San Diego and all attractions are just a quick 15 minutes away! Bike or walk to the family-friendly Imperial Beach or take a short 3 minute drive to the famous Silver Strand beach. For meals out, Jersey Mike’s, Baskin Robbins, Starbucks, Poke 123, Five Guys and Don Pancho’s (amazing breakfast burritos!) are all within walking distance. Sea 180, a hip restaurant right on the beach, just a mile away, is the perfect spot to grab a cocktail and watch the sunset. Brigantine is also a favorite spot of ours just across from the Imperial Beach pier that has a great happy hour from 3– 6pm. And if you prefer to take a scenic drive along the coast, Coronado Island is only a short 10 minute drive away offering plenty of retail and dining options including our favorite Mexican restaurant Miguel's and the iconic Hotel Del Coronado. GUEST ACCESS Guests will have access to parking in the attached 2 car garage, playground, grills and pool and spa area that is open until 10:00PM.
