In the main sitting area, a leather sofa sits before an stone gas fireplace. Watch a movie on the 59” TV, or get a game going on the shuffleboard table. A gourmet, open-concept kitchen acts as a great social space. Stainless steel appliances include a gas range and a French-door fridge. While dinner simmers, perch at the three-seat kitchen island. When you’re ready to eat, gather around a wooden dining table that seats eight. There’s sleeping space for six adults and two children between three stylish bedrooms. A spacious master bedroom (on the second floor) boasts a king bed, a 59” wall-mounted TV, a large walk-in closet, and a love seat. An en-suite bathroom comes with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and separate jetted tub. On the lower level, a second bedroom has a full-over-queen bunk bed and a closet. Next door, the third bedroom features a queen bed and a closet. Socialize and share meals in the large backyard with ample chairs and a four-seat dining table. There’s a two-person bistro at the front of the house, and an upper-level deck has a gas grill and seating for six. EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS A washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and parking in two driveway spaces or two garage spaces. Please note this is not a suitable property for pets. Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances. THE LOCATION Hop on the bike trail by the house and cycle 13 minutes to Camp Richardson. Spend the day on the beach, rent boats, and treat yourself to a sweet treat at Richardson's Ice Cream Parlor. Within a 15-minute drive, you can carve up the powder at Heavenly or roll dice at the Stateline casinos. Feel like a night off from cooking? THE FINE PRINT Strict ordinances govern Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 6 people and 4 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (meaning even an afternoon BBQ with too many people is subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities).
