With over 3,000 square feet of living space across three floors, this expansive retreat offers an abundance of room for your group. Enjoy a pool table, foosball, a fireplace, and flat-screen TVs throughout. LIVING AREAS Spend time together in the second-floor living area, complete with ample seating, a wood-burning fireplace, and a 70” TV. A game room provides more entertaining space with a pool table, love seat, and 49" TV. The garage also includes a foosball table and a picnic table. KITCHEN & DINING The updated gourmet kitchen features granite counters and high-end appliances, like a five-burner gas range. Gather in the formal dining area that accommodates 10, or perch at the kitchen bar for six. A breakfast nook seats three more. BED & BATH On the first floor, the master suite features a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king and queen bed and a 39" TV, while the second bathroom offers a tub/shower combination. Another master suite boasts a king bed, crib, deck access, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Providing added convenience, a half bath is located on the second floor. Upstairs, the fourth bedroom has four twin beds and a 50” TV. Two more bedrooms offer direct access to a third-floor deck with woodsy views. One of these has a king bed, two twins, and a 39" TV, while the other is appointed with a king bed. In the seventh bedroom, you’ll find a king and queen bed. Two bathrooms are also located on this floor: one with a walk-in shower and the other with two sinks and a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA The first-floor deck overlooks the large fenced yard. On the second floor, a wraparound deck offers a propane grill, four chairs, and a picnic table. EXTRA AMENITIES & DETAILS Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and driveway parking for five cars. Although this home is not equipped with air conditioning, it is rarely needed with Tahoe’s mild summer temperatures. Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances. THE FINE PRINT Strict ordinances govern Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 18 people and 5 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (meaning even an afternoon BBQ with too many people is subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. No smoking or pets are permitted.
