LIVING AREAS Settle into the open living room, a welcoming space beneath high wood ceilings. Screen a film on the 65” Apple TV, or share a snack at a cafe table for two. The gas fireplace adds warm ambience. KITCHEN & DINING The chef's kitchen has a professional Viking gas range, double ovens, and a French-door fridge. Granite and butcher block countertops make meal prep effortless. Two can enjoy breakfast at the granite kitchen bar, and a beautifully lit dining table seats six. BEDROOMS & BATHS This three-story duplex sleeps up to 8 guests in three bedrooms and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Doubling as a master suite, the third-floor loft features a queen-size bed, 40” TV, and a relaxed sitting area. The en-suite bathroom is appointed with a walk-in shower. On the first floor, the second bedroom offers a king-size bed and a 40” smart TV, while the third bedroom has a queen-size bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. A luxurious jetted tub/shower combination rounds out the remodeled guest bathroom on this floor. OUTDOOR AREAS Fire up the gas grill on your private balcony. Winter sports lovers will delight in Boulder Lodge at Heavenly Ski Resort, less than a mile from home, and hikers will feel inspired at Castle Rock in 1.6 miles. Treat yourself to a meal of BBQ at Fox & Hound Smokehouse Grill & Bar in 0.7 miles. THE FINE PRINT Strict ordinances govern Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 8 people and 2 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (meaning even an afternoon BBQ with too many people is subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. No smoking is permitted.
