A park-like setting provides shade and privacy for alfresco meals, horseshoe tournaments, and sunset dips in the hot tub. Inside the two-story home, a newly updated interior with mountain-chic accents and a modern kitchen awaits. LIVING AREAS Vaulted wooden ceilings create an inviting, lodge-like ambience in the main living area. Light the gas fireplace and stream favorite shows on the 50” TV. The garage living area boasts plush furniture, a gas fireplace, and a wet bar with a mini-fridge. The 76” TV with a soundbar is perfect for screening movies. The loft is appointed with a 50” TV and a comfy love seat that converts to a full-size sleeper. KITCHEN & DINING The chef in your group will appreciate the well-equipped kitchen, recently updated with granite countertops and new appliances. When it’s time to eat, share tasty meals around the table for four in the dining area. BEDROOMS & BATHS This home sleeps up to eight guests between three bedrooms and a full-size sleeper sofa in the loft area. The master bedroom features a plush queen-size bed and a 52” TV. Step out onto the private balcony to sip morning coffee. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a 50” TV. A guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom holds a twin-size bed with a twin trundle. A third bathroom includes a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREAS Barbecue hearty meals on a gas grill on the back deck, then dine alfresco at the picnic table for six. Play horseshoes in the yard and unwind in the private hot tub. EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for four cars (two in the garage and two in the driveway). Access to the home is via two short flights of exterior stairs at the entryway. The property does not have air-conditioning. THE FINE PRINT Strict ordinances govern Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 8 people and 4 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (meaning even an afternoon BBQ with too many people is subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. No hot tub use after 10 PM. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. No smoking is permitted. Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances. (Gas grills are ok.) VHR 63827.
