Snuggle up on the queen sleeper sectional and screen a movie on the 72” TV. The second living area includes a billiards table and a 50” TV. A ping-pong table in the garage provides hours of group fun. KITCHEN & DINING Home chefs will love the modern kitchen, appointed with spacious granite countertops that seat three. A full suite of stainless steel appliances includes a wine fridge. When it’s time to eat, gather around the table for eight in the dining area. BED & BATH This home sleeps up to 14 guests in five bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the sundeck. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in steam shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a twin daybed with a twin trundle, while the third bedroom is furnished with a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle. The fourth bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a 52” TV, and a full-size sleeper sofa. Sleep soundly on a full-size bed in the fifth bedroom. The guest bathroom is configured with a jetted tub/steam shower combination, and a half bath provides additional convenience. Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances (gas grills are ok). The home does not have air-conditioning. LOCAL ORDINANCES Strict ordinances govern Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum occupancy is 14 people and 5 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (meaning even an afternoon BBQ with too many people is subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. No hot tub use after 10pm. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. No smoking permitted.
