Upstairs, a loft is equipped with a desk, a variety of games, and a smart TV. KITCHEN & DINING A full suite of stainless steel appliances and stone countertops gleam in the well-appointed kitchen. Sip morning coffee at the two-person kitchen bar. When it’s time to dine, gather at the four-person table. BED & BATH The primary suite features a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, while the second bathroom offers a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Take in panoramic views of the lake and alpine peaks from the wraparound balcony. Fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco in the fresh air. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. Unassigned parking is available for two cars in the open parking lot on a first-come, first-serve basis. This three-story duplex townhome is accessed via approximately 150 exterior steps from the parking area. Strict ordinances govern Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 4 people and 2 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (meaning even an afternoon BBQ with too many people is subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise any time of day will result in a fine of up to $2,000 (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. No pets allowed. No smoking is permitted. Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances (gas grills are ok). This property is not equipped with air-conditioning. The semi-private balcony is open to the adjacent unit’s balcony (no divider between). Permit # 08401751, expires January 10, 2022. LOCATION For ski enthusiasts, drive only 2 minutes to the Boulder Lodge at Heavenly, or 5 minutes to the Stagecoach Lodge. More adventure can be had on incredible hiking trails within a quick drive.
