LIVING AREA Kick back on the sleeper sofa in the living area and stream new releases on the smart TV. The wood-burning stove provides added allure. KITCHEN & DINING Prepare tasty meals in the kitchen, appointed with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Share morning coffee at the kitchen bar for two. The table in the dining area seats up to eight. BED & BATH This home sleeps eight guests between three bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Sleep soundly on a king bed in the primary bedroom. The adjacent bathroom has a walk-in shower. The second bedroom holds a queen bed, and the third bedroom holds a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Relax in armchairs on the front porch and take in the fresh mountain air. The back deck includes a gas grill and a shaded dining table for six. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. Parking is available for two cars in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted. Access to this one-story property is via three exterior steps. This home has a wall air-conditioning unit in the dining room. Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances (gas grills are ok). The grill and outdoor furniture may be stored and unavailable during winter months. Strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for any parties or weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 8 people and 2 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (meaning that even an afternoon BBQ with too many people would be subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise at any time of day will result in a guest fine up to $2,000 – in addition to any fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities. Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. This home is located in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. No pets allowed.
