KITCHEN & DINING A full suite of stainless steel appliances and granite countertops gleam in the pristine kitchen, which also has a three-person kitchen island. A gorgeous chandelier illuminates the dining table set for eight. BED & BATH This home sleeps eight guests between three bedrooms and a queen sofa bed in the living area. Sleep soundly on the king bed in the primary bedroom, also configured with an en-suite bathroom that has a walk-in shower and tub. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, while the third bedroom has two twin beds. An adjacent bathroom has a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES The fenced backyard offers a forested area to unwind. Fire up the gas grill and enjoy a meal amidst the alpine air. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are provided. Parking for two vehicles in the garage and two in the driveway. This vacation rental has a two-story layout. The property is equipped with an exterior security nature camera facing the forest. This home does not have air-conditioning. Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances (gas grills are ok). The grill and outdoor furniture may be stored and unavailable during winter months. This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 8 people and 4 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (meaning even an afternoon BBQ with too many people is subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. No pets allowed. No smoking is permitted. Permit # VHR21-0314 LOCATION Drive 7 minutes to the Lake Tahoe Golf Course, or venture 5 minutes to a wide array of restaurants and shops at the “Y” or in Meyers.
