When you want to do a little shopping, jump on the free trolley and head downtown or to Seaward Village. Soak up California sun in the fenced backyard and rooftop deck with grill and plenty of seating. You’ll love the spectacular Pacific Ocean views from the open and airy great room. ABOUT THE HOUSE You can’t beat the views from the rooftop deck! Enjoy the ocean breezes while unwinding in the seating area, and fire up the grill for an al fresco BBQ. Whitewashed wood floors flow throughout the home and add a beachy feel. The main living spaces are up on the second floor, where you can enjoy the Pacific Ocean views out the large windows. Open and airy with high open-beam ceilings, the living room is inviting and comfortable. Enjoy a 50” flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, built-in bookshelves, and plenty of seating. A large DVD selection is also available. Whether packing picnic lunches or preparing gourmet meals, the kitchen has everything you’ll need including a gas stove and Sub-Zero fridge. At mealtime, gather around the six-person dining table just off the kitchen. Out in the fenced backyard, relax at the two-person bistro table while the kids play in the grassy area. You’ll appreciate the outdoor shower after a day of sand and saltwater. The two-story home sleeps six between three bedrooms. The second-level master bedroom has a California king bed, makeup vanity, and plenty of storage. The en-suite bath features double sinks and a walk-in shower. The main-level second bedroom offers tasteful nautical decor, a queen bed, and closet for storage. Guests staying in the third bedroom have a king bed, plenty of storage space, a 32” flat screen TV, and sliding glass doors out to the backyard. These rooms share a full bath with tiled tub/shower combination and linen closet stocked with extra towels. Amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for two cars in the driveway and one in the garage. Additional parking is available in the street. City of Ventura Permit Number 2191 THE LOCATION Head across the street to Marina Park, where the kids can play on the boat-themed playground and run around in the large green space. A marina in the park offers sailing lessons and there’s a small-craft boat launch for canoes and kayaks. You can also try to catch your own dinner off the dock. Von’s grocery store is just down the street when you need to stock up on groceries and supplies. Take the free trolley to Seaward Village, where you can shop the quaint boutiques and grab a bite to eat at the local restaurants. The trolley also goes to downtown, easily walkable with lots of great shopping and dining options. MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENT We appreciate your interest and look forward to your stay!
