Nestled in the woods in a residential area that borders miles of wilderness trails in the White River National Forest, your rental offers a lovely outdoor haven with a convenient locale. Marvel at the panoramic views of Lake Dillon, Keystone Ski Resort, and the Tenmile Range everywhere you look. Spend thrilling days on the slopes with the area’s major resorts close at hand. Just off I-70 and within a block of free public transport, enjoy quick access to excellent skiing, shopping, art galleries, and restaurants. Traveling with an even larger group? Your home is situated next to another duplex rental, which can be reserved together for parties of up to 40! LIVING AREAS This spacious home boasts several living spaces. On the second floor, the family room features three sofas (one of which is a queen sleeper) and a 40” TV. The second living area offers two sofas, an armchair, and a cozy gas fireplace. Upstairs, a bonus living space affords a queen sleeper, a 30” TV, and a small deck. KITCHEN & DINING The well-equipped kitchen is detailed with newly remodeled granite countertops and a full suite of appliances. Serve up tasty dishes at the seven-seat dining table and at the kitchen bar for four. BEDROOMS & BATHS On the first floor, the master bedroom features a queen bed and an en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunk bed as well as a twin bed, while an extra sleeping space includes a twin bed and a queen sleeper sofa. In the downstairs guest bath, you’ll find a walk-in shower. The second-floor bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. Providing added convenience, a half bath is also located on this floor. On the third floor, the fourth bedroom has a king bed, while the fifth guest room provides a queen bed. The sixth bedroom is furnished with a pair of XL twin beds as well as an armchair.
