Unit 1 is a one-story house featuring two living areas. Unit 2 is a comfy apartment attached to the main house, and Unit 3 is a secluded cottage by the pool. LIVING AREAS The main living area in Unit 1 features ample comfy seating and a 50” TV. The second living area serves as a tranquil reading room, with a sofa that converts to a queen-size sleeper. The living room in Unit 2 and Unit 3 are each outfitted with a flat-screen TV and a sofa that converts to a queen-size sleeper. KITCHEN & DINING Each unit features a full kitchen appointed granite countertops. Unit 1 includes a kitchen bar for two, a sunny breakfast nook with a table for four, and a table for eight in the dining area. Unit 2 has a table for three in the dining area, while Unit 3 offers a table for four. BEDROOM & BATH This estate sleeps up to 12 guests between five bedrooms and three sleeper sofas. Unit 1 has three bedrooms. The master has a queen-size bed, 35” TV, and access to the backyard; an adjacent bathroom features a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed with a queen trundle and an additional full-size bed. A third bedroom has two twin-size beds and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Unit 2 has one bedroom, furnished with a comfy queen-size bed. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. Unit 3 also has one bedroom, outfitted with a queen-size bed. The bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.
