Floor-to-ceiling windows, beachy artwork, and tropical accents tinspire island-style tranquility, while upgraded furnishings ensure a comfortable stay. Relax in two spacious living rooms or enjoy lounging and dining on the enclosed lanai overlooking the canal. The property also has a private dock that’s perfect for fishing or relaxing as you watch the boats pass. LIVING AREAS Spend time together in the open-concept living area outfitted with a spacious sectional sofa (which converts into a queen sleeper) and an electric fireplace. Watch films on the 51” TV with DirecTV, or enjoy views of the canal. A second living area offers a sofa, accent chairs, and a flat-screen TV with DirecTV and a DVD player. KITCHEN & DINING The kitchen overlooking the canal offers ample counter space, modern appliances, and all the gadgets you need to prepare tasty meals. When it’s time to eat, gather at the six-person table or dine alfresco on the private lanai. A second formal dining area seats six. BEDROOMS & BATHS This one-story home sleeps eight guests between three bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the main living area. Retreat to the quiet master suite, which features a king bed and sliding glass doors that open directly to the lanai. The en-suite bathroom offers updated tile flooring, two vanities, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom has two twin beds. These rooms share a bathroom with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREAS Enjoy afternoons of saltwater fishing off the private dock, or spend the day on the water. Your rental offers mooring for one boat, as well as a trio of Adirondack chairs perfect for dockside lounging. A fishing pole and fish cleaning station are provided. As evening falls, relax with a cold beverage on the screened lanai. When you’ve worked up an appetite, fire up the stainless steel gas grill and dine as the sun sets. The canals are not legal swimming areas, no swimming in the canals. EXTRA AMENITIES Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and driveway parking for up to three vehicles. Two fishing poles, foldable beach chairs, assorted beach toys, a small cooler, a beach umbrella, and a beach wagon are provided. Two adult bikes and one children's bike with a helmet and lock are available to travel Marco Island roads. While the garage is accessible, guests cannot park there. THE LOCATION This waterfront property is the ideal for exploring Marco Island’s many treasures. Get out on the water from your private dock and enjoy boating, paddle boarding, kayaking, or fishing. Or head to Residence Beach, just 2 blocks away, to play in the surf. Public beach access is a 10-minute walk. Guests who rent for 30+ days can purchase a beach pass for $140 from MICA to use the Residence Beach facilities -- less than a 5-minute walk. This includes access to parking, a restaurant, a park, and washrooms.
