Thoughtfully designed, this retreat is designed as two separate suites with a private two-bedroom rental downstairs with a bar and Jacuzzi and a two-bedroom rental upstairs with a fully equipped kitchen. (Both floors are completely private and accessed via exterior stairs.) Located in Waimea, this rental is surrounded by lush pastures and working ranches, including Parker Ranch. When you’re ready for a day by the waves, it’s a 15-minute drive to Spencer Beach Park. You're under 1 mile from beloved restaurants in town. Two well-appointed decks set the scene for outdoor relaxation and nighttime stargazing. Inside, you’ll find handsome koa and teak accents as well as comfy furnishings and a home office with a two-person desk. LIVING AREA Cozy up on the sofas in the main living area. Stream Netflix shows on the smart TV. The home office includes a sofa, a smart TV, and a two-person desk. KITCHEN & DINING Prepare local ingredients on granite countertops in the kitchen. Home chefs will be pleased to find a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Share meals at the kitchen bar for five. BED & BATH The primary bedroom boasts a California king bed, a smart TV, and direct access to the lower deck. The adjacent bath has a walk-in shower and a luxe jetted bathtub. The second bedroom has a full-size bed and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. The third guest room has a full-size bed and an en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination. The fourth bedroom holds a full-size bed. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Relax on plush furnishings in the shade on the covered lower deck and barbecue meals on the gas grill. The upper deck provides a dining table for four. On clear nights, come together for a breathtaking view of the stars. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and a ping-pong table. Parking is available for three cars, with two in the driveway and one in the garage. Street parking is not permitted. Access to the front door is via a flight of exterior stairs. This rental does not have air-conditioning. The fireplace in the main living area is not operational. Guests must use the outdoor stairs to travel between the two floors. Each floor has its own private entrance. This property allows a maximum of eight guests and three vehicles. Hawaii law sets a legal limit of no more than five unrelated persons per STVR. Parking is available in the garage or driveway during community quiet hours (9pm to 8am). The grass/lawn may only be used for parking during daylight hours/until quiet hours begin at 9pm. This rental cannot be used for the two-week self-quarantine period.
