LIVING AREA Stately furnishings and impeccably curated antiques adorn the living area, detailed with a large smart TV. Elsewhere, a small office provides a quiet workspace. KITCHEN & DINING Inspire your inner chef in the beautifully updated kitchen, the focal point of which is a converted Glenwood stove. The dining room seats six beneath a vaulted ceiling with exposed wood beams and a striking chandelier. BED & BATH This two-story home accommodates six guests between three bedrooms, each located in a different area of the house for privacy. Sleep soundly beneath cathedral ceilings in the Garden Suite, appointed with a king bed, private entrance, and access to the backyard. The en-suite bathroom holds a claw-foot tub/shower combination. Located in the front of the house, the Parlor Suite boasts a king bed, an adjoining sitting room/office, and an en-suite bathroom with a marble walk-in shower. Occupying the entire second floor, the Captain’s Quarters is an idyllic third suite with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a marble walk-in shower. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES The fenced yards feature attractive landscaping and Adirondack chairs for morning coffee among beautiful gardens. A gas grill adds convenience. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are provided. This rental also has high-powered air-conditioning units. Assigned parking is included for one vehicle. A paid public parking lot is located one block away, and street parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The fireplaces are not operational. This rental is set amid family homes and is not suitable for parties. This rental allows a maximum of one dog. THE LOCATION Tucked away off Commercial Street near Captain Jack’s Wharf, this historic locale is only steps from the beach and downtown fun.
