Walk minutes to an award-winning BBQ restaurant. ABOUT THE CONDO Unwind in the cozy living room after a day on the slopes at Heavenly. Sink into two sofas and enjoy a movie on the 40” smart TV with cable around the stone fireplace. Dark hardwood floors feature in the open-concept dining area. A round wooden dining table seats four -- share meals while enjoying lake views, or settle into the window seat to appreciate the scenery quietly. An upgraded kitchen overlooks the lake and is outfitted with granite countertops, a gas range, and stainless steel appliances as well as a rice cooker and crockpot. In the mornings, sip coffee at the two-seat breakfast bar. The light-filled master bedroom has a queen bed, 31” TV with cable, and a mirrored sliding door closet offering plenty of storage space. Enjoy a private balcony with seating for two, and a jetted tub in the en-suite bath. The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, while the guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination. LOCATION This prime location puts you just 4 minutes from the Stagecoach Express. Winter enthusiasts will be in their element here with gorgeous views and 97 epic runs. Hop on the shuttle (with a bus stop at the foot of the driveway) or request an uberSKI and leave the car at home. In summer months, hike a section of the famous Tahoe Rim Trail, a 165-mile long route that loops around Lake Tahoe. Or pick one of numerous lakeside beaches to sprawl out on, or hit the water with an afternoon of boating or kayaking. Stroll 8 minutes to the Fox & Hound Smokehouse for their award-winning smoked BBQ. Groceries are available next door at the Tramway Market, and My Thai Noodle House and Latin Soul are both great local picks within a 10-minute drive. EXTRA AMENITIES & DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer/dryer, and parking for two cars is provided. There is also a ski locker on the first floor of the building for your use. Dogs are welcome, and a dog-gate is provided. This fourth-floor unit is only accessible via stairs (no elevator) and may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. NOTE: Due to pavement repairs along the Tahoe Village parking lots and streets, RV’s and trailers are not permitted in the area. THE FINE PRINT Strict ordinances govern Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 4 people and 2 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (meaning even an afternoon BBQ with too many people is subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise any time of day will result in a guest fine of up to $2,000 (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. If there is a hot tub, no use after 10pm. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups.
