The space lives like a single-family home and offers plenty of natural light, high-end finishes, 12-foot ceilings, and special Santa Fe touches, including a vibrant collection of artwork. LIVING AREAS A modern sofa and bench seat six in the living room. High wood-beam ceilings soar over brick floors, and a 60” TV with cable sits above the wood-burning fireplace. Two sliding doors open to the outside -- one to a balcony with a view of the Sangre de Cristo mountain range and one to a private courtyard with a wood-burning fireplace and garden fountain. KITCHEN & DINING New stainless steel appliances invite your inner chef out to play in the kitchen. Stock the side-by-side fridge and cook delicious meals with a five-burner gas range and a farm-style sink. There is seating for four at the kitchen island and at the dining table. A wood sideboard cabinet is stocked with everything you need to make a cocktail, and a charming coffee bar has brewed or pour over options. BEDROOMS & BATHS This condo sleeps up to six guests. Upstairs, you'll find two en-suite master bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and high-quality mattresses on new hardwood floors. The north-facing master has a walk-in closet, 60” TV with cable, a chair and ottoman, and a balcony with mountain views. Both rooms have en-suite bathrooms with a tub/shower combination, as well as ceiling fans and wall-mounted AC units for optimal comfort. The downstairs bedroom boasts a twin-over-full bunk bed. This room has an en-suite half bath and a private walled courtyard with a fountain and seating. An additional half bath in the entryway provides added convenience. OUTDOOR AREAS The private courtyard on the main level has comfy seating and a wood-burning fireplace. Wind down at sunset with a cold beverage. Flagstone details, landscape lighting, and a bubbling fountain add to the ambience. An adjacent covered breezeway has an outdoor couch where you can curl up with a book.
