ABOUT THE HOME

Hardwood flooring flows throughout the open-concept living area, furnished with a sectional sofa and two armchairs. The space is bright and inviting, with two-story ceilings and an ambient electric fireplace. Watch a movie on the 46” flat-screen TV, or relax in the sunroom, furnished with a sofa and two oversized chairs.

The home office features a desk and two plush armchairs -- a great spot to plan the day’s fun activities.

The chef of the group will love the gourmet kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances granite countertops, and stocked white cabinetry. Enjoy extras like a wine fridge and a flat-screen TV.

Savor meals in the breakfast nook, featuring a bay window and a table for four. Or gather the group in the dining area, where a wood table seats eight.

Fire up the outdoor grill, and enjoy a backyard barbeque beside the home’s private pool. Then, sit back in a rocking chair on your covered front porch and sip crisp drinks.

Choose from five inviting bedrooms that sleep 10 guests. The master bedroom boasts a king bed, flat-screen TV, a seating area, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and tub.

The second bedroom includes a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. In the third bedroom, the kids will love climbing into a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The fourth bedroom has twin beds, a 42” flat-screen TV, and a peaceful reading nook, while the fifth bedroom features two twin beds.

The fourth and fifth bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a double vanity and tub/shower combination. An additional half bath is located off the living space.

Driveway parking is available for a maximum of four vehicles. Garage parking space is also available for two vehicles.
