LIVING AREA Unwind in the stylish living area, furnished with two sofas. Watch a movie on the 75" 4K TV, equipped with cable, a Blu-Ray player, and Roku. Cap off your evening with a drink at the dry bar. KITCHEN & DINING Whip up meals in the modern kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances as well as a K-pod/Carafe coffee maker and a Ninja blender -- perfect for margaritas. Savor appetizers at the four-seat kitchen bar, then dine together at the table set for eight. BED & BATH This unit sleeps eight guests in three bedrooms. Each room has a 50" 4K TV with Roku capabilities and/or cable. The master suite boasts a comfortable king bed and unlimited views of the Gulf right from the pillow. An en-suite is configured with a walk-in tiled shower. The second bedroom is appointed with a king bed and the en-suite features a walk-in shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a twin-over-twin trundle bunk bed. A third bathroom has a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Take in gorgeous Gulf views from the private balcony, outfitted with seating for eight. A communal balcony, located by the front door, boasts sunset Bay views that cannot be beat. Suntide III amenities include: Outdoor hot tub and unheated pool (open year-round) Indoor heated pool and hot tub Sauna Beach boardwalk Beach volleyball nets Tennis and basketball courts Picnic area with barbecue pits Gym Business center Umbrella and chair rentals MORE DETAILS In-unit amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a private washer/dryer. First-come, first-serve parking is available for one car inside the gate. One additional vehicle may also be parked outside the gate or in the parking lot across the street. (Large trucks, SUVs, and boat trailers must be parked in the parking lot.) This unit is located on the 10th floor. Elevators are available. Suntide III is conducting renovations through June 15, 2021. Work will only take place on weekdays from 8am-5pm. (No renovations will take place during spring break: March 20-April 2.) Local Permit # 068223, issued 2015 THE LOCATION Your centrally located retreat is within walking distance of restaurants, shops, a supermarket, and a movie theater. A free public bus stops right outside the front gate -- offering easy access to superb attractions on the island, as well as Port Isabel.
