KITCHEN & DINING Whip up tasty meals in the well-equipped kitchen fitted with granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. When you’re ready to eat, dine at the six-person glass-top table or perch at the kitchen bar for three. Concoct a crisp beverage at the mirrored wet bar, configured with a wine fridge and seating for three at the granite countertop. BED & BATH This unit sleeps up to six guests in two bedrooms, each appointed with a 32” TV. The expansive Gulf-view master suite boasts 10’ ceilings, a king bed, private balcony access, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a jetted soaking tub and a walk-in tiled shower. The guest bedroom holds two queen beds, while the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Both bathrooms feature custom, hand-painted tiles featuring Island themes (created by Pat Chapin, a long-time South Padre Island artist). OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Take in sweeping Gulf vistas from the large private balcony. Enjoy the following shared Suntide III amenities: Outdoor hot tub and unheated pool (open year-round) Indoor hot tub and heated pool (open year-round) Sauna Beach boardwalk Beach volleyball Tennis and basketball courts Picnic area with barbecue pits Gym Business center Umbrella and chair rentals MORE DETAILS In-unit amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, and front loading washer/dryer. Upscale design feaures include professional lighting with seven dimmers to fit every mood and occasion (track, under-cabinet, and under-counter lighting). First-come, first-serve parking is available for one car inside the gate. One additional vehicle may also be parked outside the gate or in the parking lot across the street. (Large trucks, SUVs, and boat trailers must be parked in the parking lot.) This unit is located on the 11th floor. Elevators are available. Suntide III is conducting renovations through June 15, 2021. Work will only take place on weekdays from 8am-5pm. (No renovations will take place during spring break: March 20-April 2.) Local Permit #756653, issued 2015 THE LOCATION Your centrally located retreat is within walking distance of restaurants, shops, a supermarket, and a movie theater.
