Situated in an ultra-walkable location, this high-end 1BR/2BA condo is steps from Park City Mountain Resort, with its base just at the end of the street. Ski lifts are a short walk across the base area parking lot. No car is required here—you are also within walking distance of Main Street (or can catch the free shuttle). The bus stop is steps away, providing convenient access to The Canyons, Deer Valley, Kimball Junction shopping, and Factory Outlets. If you do bring a car, you’ll find a covered parking spot. As part of Snowblaze Lodge, your reservation includes access to many year-round amenities. When you’re not on the slopes, play in the Lodge’s heated pool, warm up in the hot tub, sweat it out in the gym, and gather around the fire pit for après-ski. Need some adventure gear? There’s also a bike store and ski store on-site. LIVING AREA The living room is all set up for a game night or movie marathon. It boasts a new sofa, an electric fireplace, a 42” TV, and a DVD player. Need to get a bit of work done? There is a small desk on-hand to help out. KITCHEN & DINING Modern with new countertops, the open kitchen is ready to whip up snacks and meals to fuel your mountain fun. With a 24-hour Fresh Market just a short walk away, it’s easy to pick up ingredients. Chat while you cook thanks to an open-concept floor plan, with the dining area for four just beyond the kitchen. Four more can sit at the kitchen bar—a great spot for cocktails and snacks. BEDROOM & BATHS Push open the double French doors into the bedroom, where you can retreat to a king-size bed and 32” TV.
