In quaint South Park, you’ll be within walking distance of excellent cafes and eateries and a short bus ride from SafeCo and CenturyLink Field. LIVING AREAS Pristine hardwood floors and vaulted ceilings add grandeur to the main living area. A sectional offers plush seating in front of a 65” flat-screen Roku TV. A gas stove provides added allure. A second living room, affectionately called the “library,” has books, games, and a beautiful stained glass window. This social space also doubles as an extra sleeping area with a full-size futon and a twin pull-out chair. KITCHEN & DINING The centerpiece of this beautifully remodeled home is the chef’s kitchen. It features tiled floors, exposed brick, open shelving, wooden cabinetry, and gorgeous granite countertops. A kitchen island seats four and includes a stainless steel farm-style sink and dishwasher. There’s even a built-in water bowl for your pets! A breakfast table seats an additional two. BEDROOMS & BATHS This three-level home sleeps up to 12 guests between the four bedrooms and two pull out beds in the second living room. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a 32” flat-screen Roku TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and jetted tub with sky lighting. There is also a large walk-in closet and dressing area. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The third bedroom features a 50” flat-screen Roku TV and two bean bag chairs. Sleeping options include a twin pull-out love seat and a queen-size sleeper sofa. The fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed and a writing desk. Stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries, the guest bathroom has a jetted tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREAS Completely surrounded by a fence, the front yard includes two Adirondack chairs and a table. A front porch offers additional seating for two. In the fenced backyard, you'll find ample seating and alfresco dining. The back deck is outfitted with a gas grill, a rocking chair, and a high-top chair. EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, an assortment of board games, a Pack ‘n Play, and parking for three cars directly in front of the home. Please note there is a long-term tenant in a neighboring unit by the house. The backyard is shared with the tenant.
